Technical Excellence: Adhering to Global Lifting Benchmarks

The Gold Standard of Reliability

In the heavy lifting industry, safety is measured by precision and compliance. Our Webbing Slings are engineered and tested in strict accordance with both international frameworks and the specific rigorous requirements of the Japanese market. We ensure that every fiber meets the following benchmarks:

  • EN 1492-1:2000+A1:2008: We comply with the European standard for textile slings, which dictates the color-coding, chemical resistance of the high-tenacity polyester, and the mandatory inclusion of traceability data on every label.

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management: From raw yarn procurement to the final tensile strength test, our manufacturing process is monitored under ISO-certified systems to ensure consistency across every batch.

The "Safety Factor" Commitment

While standard applications may only require a 5:1 ratio, our export-grade slings are available with a Safety Factor (SF) of 6:1 or 7:1. This means the actual breaking strength is six to seven times the rated capacity, providing a critical buffer for unpredictable site conditions and ensuring the absolute protection of both personnel and cargo.

Quality Assurance Tip: We perform Batch Break Tests on every shipment. A digital test report (Mill Test Certificate) is provided to ensure that the rating is backed by verified laboratory data.
